Suspect swallows drugs during Chicago arrest, dies
He was pronounced dead at the hospital. Police say they tried to arrest Davis but he fled on foot. They say when officers caught up with Davis he was coughing and choking. Davis' official cause of death was listed as accidental asphyxiation.
